1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open exclusively to male veterans who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. 

2. What's Included: Fly fishing and Equine outdoor nature experience at Healing America’s Heroes in Fort Stanton, New Mexico. On-site lodging, meals and activities covered during stay. The male veteran drawing winner will attend 4/24/25-4/27/25.

3. Dates: Arrive between 1-3pm Wednesday 4/23 and leave at noon on Sunday 4/27. Winner is responsible for getting himself to the HAH site on Wednesday 4/23 for check in and orientation.

4. Participants: Trip for 1 person. There will be 5 unrelated winners drawn.

5. Entry Period: Entries must be submitted by March 9th, 2025 midnight ET.

6. Drawing Date: The drawing will take place on March 10th, 2025.

7. Winners Notification: Five separate winners will be notified via methods provided. We will attempt to contact each winner three times within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be drawn. Once the winner has been confirmed, HAH will provide each winner with an information and intake packet prior to arrival.

8. Age and Health Restrictions: There are no restrictions except for the April trip being designated for male and the September trip being designated for female due to lodging and activity accommodations.

9. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

10. Verification: Winners may be required to provide proof of veteran status and age.

11. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and they represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.

12. Disqualification: Any false information provided within the context of the giveaway by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant.

13. Sponsor: The sponsor of this giveaway is Permian Warrior Partnership.

14. Additional Terms: Limit one entry per household.
